Our management and business support team come from a variety of backgrounds within the travel industry and are conversant with industry best practices, PTR, ATOL and market trends.
TSN Sales and Customer service Agents each have a minimum of 3 years ABTA or equivalent experience and are vetted for their wealth of product and travel booking knowledge perfectly matched to our clients’ requirements. They are recruited not only for their wealth of knowledge but for their passion for travel and delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the booking journey.
