Steve Endacott


Steve has the unusual distinction of having extensive experience within both the corporate and entrepreneurial environments. He is experienced, in moving from business idea, to prototype build, recruitment of management teams and raising funds to drive start up business forward. Now “Semi-Retired” having sold Holiday Taxis Ltd one of the businesses he co-founded during his Entrepreneurial career for £60.5m in January 2019. He however continues to invest in startup business and has recently launched new businesses to exploit the changing marketplace created by Covid-19.

Steve has built his present entrepreneurial business activities by pulling on 15 years of experience leading traditional package tour operators. Steve’s corporate career involved high profile directorships in some of the UK’s largest tour operating groups spanning financial controller of International Leisure Group to Deputy Chief Operating Officer of MY Travel Plc  and included directorship over finance, yield management, marketing, contracting, overseas operations, sales and retail operations.

Garry Winterburn

CEO and founder

Garry, a charismatic and renowned leader bringing over 30 years of travel industry experience to Travel Solutions Network. From his early management days with Airtours, Hayes and Jarvis and Manchester Airport he was the co-founder and Managing Director at au logistics, which was acquired by BP marketing services in 2008.

Garry was the co-founder and CEO of Contemporary Travel Solutions a home based agent, outsourced service provider to multiple well-known brands. CTS was acquired by Canadian Kognitiv Corporation in 2017. Garry believes in business management with integrity and believes in building lasting relationships with colleagues, clients and business partners.

Lindsey Winterburn

Chief Operating Officer and founder

Lindsey has unrivalled experience leading global operations and contact centre functions and has been instrumental in the growth of homeworking and hybrid agents in the travel industry. After serving roles at ILG, Future Travel, Premier Travel and TV Travel Shop she went on to explore the concept of call fulfilment with Calls Online.

Lindsey was co-founder of Contemporary Travel Solutions , acquired by Kognitiv Corporation in 2017 where she held the role of SVP Global Contact Centres implementing a follow the sun network of primarily homebased agents covering 14 languages on a global scale . Lindsey has a hands on approach and is passionate about delivering sales through service.

Ruth Endacott

Managing Director

Ruth is a well connected and accomplished travel professional, with extensive experience in B2B and B2B2C tour operating and retail travel, with her 25 year career ranging from Mytravel (Airtours and Going places) to senior roles at Co-operative Travel, Gold Medal and TAG.

She has a strong track record of growing sales, maximising profit, driving positive change. Her motivation leadership skills and entrepreneurial spirit will be great assets as TSN grows rapidly.

Richard Plant

Chief Technical Officer

Richard brings a strong digital lead, with years of experience in supporting tech start-ups in the travel and event space. He has been instrumental to the launch and growth of multiple travel tech companies.


He has a proven track record in CTO leadership for the travel industry, supporting with strategy, platform development and implementation. He has worked for many years the digital space in travel marketing and promotion.

Jacqui Jones

Director of Operations

Jacqui is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the travel industry, customer operations, contact centres, outsourcing and HR. Jacqui drives quality results through operational excellence and in taking business performance to the next level.

Heading up multi-discipline, multi-cultural, diverse teams, Jacqui has led award winning contact centres recognised for their first-class customer service delivery and achievement of industry leading service levels. A CIPD qualified professional, Jacqui has an infectious and inclusive leadership style and an inherent belief in the power of an engaged people team, focused on continual improvement,  to deliver service excellence and continued growth.

Will Waggott

Non-Exec Director

Will has a remarkable career in the travel Industry and is highly respected.  Starting in the travel industry in 1995 with Airtours plc. as CFO of the UK business and by 2001 he was COO.  Will then joined the TUI Ag group as Finance Director of Northern Europe. He was also CEO of the UK specialist businesses, CEO of Thomson Holidays (inc. airline and retail) and led a turnaround of the Nordic business before being promoted to CFO of all TUI’s tourism businesses in 2006.


In 2007 Will led the TUI negotiations with First Choice plc to merge TUI’s travel businesses with First Choice to create TUI Travel plc. Post-merger he was appointed to the plc board as commercial director responsible for tour operators, airlines, retail, Hotel Beds, Hotels and IT. 2011 Will was appointed as FD of the Group and in 2014 the group merged back with TUI Ag. Post-merger Will took responsibility for all non-core businesses. He sold late rooms and Hotel Beds to private equity and then bundled the remaining specialist business into Travelopia, which was sold to Private equity in 2016. Will remained with Travelopia for the first year.  Will also spent 7 months to Oct 19 as Chief of Tour Operations in Thomas Cook plc.

Richard Carrick

Non-Executive Director

Richard has extensive travel industry experience as a CEO & Marketing Director. He has held many senior roles with Intasun, ILG, Saga, Airtours, MyTravel & Hoseasons across tour operating, travel retailing, on-line distribution, cruise, hotel, and airlines.

Currently Richard is operating as a consultant and non-executive director for a range of travel and hospitality businesses working with business owners and potential investors in the sector, and has been very successful in the buy and exit of private equity backed businesses.
